FAQ’s

Upon inquiry, I try to respond quickly (within 72 hours). Please note that I am an out-of-network provider, provide telehealth only at this time, and can more easily accommodate daytime appointments.

Before scheduling intake appointments, I request a 10 minute phone call to hear more about what you’re looking for. This is also an opportunity for you to ask me questions and get a sense of my communication style.

I use HIPAA-compliant software for all paperwork, telehealth sessions, and payment transactions. If the software does not work for our meetings, I am open to trying other platforms.

You may be eligible for reimbursement from your health insurance carrier. I provide clients with superbills (therapy receipts) upon request and upload them into a patient portal for easy access. I am happy to walk you through this process.

If you would like me to collaborate with another provider, simply let me know and I will provide you with the appropriate form.
